Rental Conditions
A 30% booking deposit is required on booking with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival. A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required payable with your second instalment. The property is cleaned to a very high standard before your arrival and should be left in the same condition on departure. Cooking gas, electricity and water are all included in the rental charge, but heating gas is charged at cost. Sorry no pets and there is no smoking in the gites.
