Rental Conditions
A 50% booking deposit is required on booking with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival. A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required payable with your second instalment. The property is cleaned to a very high standard before your arrival. There is a £25.00 cleaning charge, with heavy cleaning (burnt on food in oven for example) charged extra. Cooking gas, electricity and water are all included in the rental charge, but heating gas is charged at cost. Linen and towels are supplied at £7.50 per single bed per week and £15.00 per double bed per week. We offer an onsite laundry service with a nominal charge of 3 Euros per load to cover costs.
